11 WEEKLY MAINTENANCE
11.1 Replacing the rear squeegee blade
Proceed as follows to change the drying edge of the rear squeegee rubber if it is worn and does not dry properly:
1. Remove the squeegee from the machine (Fig. 10)
2. Unscrew the fixing outsider leaflets of the gasket (Fig. 9-3)
3. Open the hook (Fig. 9–1) and remove the rear blades (Fig. 9–2).
4. Turn the rubber over or replace it as necessary
5. Reassemble by performing these procedures in reverse order

11.2 Replacing the front squeegee blade
if the front squeegee rubber is worn, aspiration will be poor and the machine will not dry perfectly. Proceed as follows to
replace:
1. Remove the squeegee (Fig. 10)
2. Unscrew the lock handwheels (Fig. 13-1)
3. Remove the front blade hook. (Fig. 13–2)
4. Turn the rubber over or replace it as necessary
5. Reassemble by performing these procedures in reverse order

11.3 Cleaning the squeegee hose
If aspiration is insufficient, check that the aspiration tube is not clogged. Clean as necessary with a jet of water, spraying
in from where it is inserted in the tank. Proceed as follows to do this:
1. Detach the vacuum hose from the recovery tank and from the squeegee too
2. Clean it with a jet of water, spraying from the part where it is inserted into the tank
3. Reassemble everything by repeating these procedures in reverse order

11.4 Cleaning the recuperation tank
Remove the tank and carry on with the operations of chapter 9.1. check there are not impurities and, if needed, remove it
with a slightly abrasive sponge.

there are no people or objects nearby.
11.5 Machine cleaning
Do not clean the machine with high pressure cleaners or open water.
