lower.
6. The compressor (model No. 81125) has a receiver for compressed air accumulation
before its supply to an aerograph. The receiver is very useful at work since provides following
advantages:
• the receiver provides volume of compressed air which you can use and refill during
painting;
• you can use compressed air of necessary pressure from the reservoir instead of air
directly from piston cylinders under average pressure;
• using compressed air from a receiver, you eliminate a low pulsation in the compressed
air production caused by pistons motion;
• the engine operational life increases for the reason that the compressor draws air
only when the receiver is emptied instead of working continuously;
• the receiver also serves as the primary moisture trap.
7. Install the compressor at sufficient distance from a painting place. Completely protect
the compressor from paint drop on it.
If nevertheless it occurs, it is necessary to unscrew filters using a key, to wash them out
from a paint, to purge with compressed air, and then to install them on the place.
7. CURRENT MAINTENANCE
Current maintenance shall be made by the user.
1. The compressor is equipped by the system providing constant greasing of the
engine. It is not recommended you to grease the engine.
2. It is recommended to check periodically compressor casing temperature, in a case
if it is overheated, the compressor is to be switched off and left on some time.
3. All repair work should be carried out by authorized service centers.
