5. In the
Properties
tab, choose a connection type from the
Connect to
list. This can be a serial port
connection to one of the multi-viewer’s outputs (on a Kaleido-X each KXO-Dual or KXO-Dual3 card has
one RS-422 port which can be used for this purpose), or a network (TCP/IP or UDP/IP) connection.
At this point, there are still no properties associated with the new physical router.
6. Click the
Router Configurations
tab.
Notice that, in the
Routers
list, under
Physical Routers
, XEdit has added the new physical router.
Click the line to configure the connection properties
