TCP/UDP Port Usage
The various Kaleido-X services require access to specific ports. In networks where a firewall is present
between device A and device B, the ports used to communicate
from
device A
to
device B must be open
on the incoming (external) side of the firewall.
From Client to Multi-Viewer
The following ports must be open on the Client (e.g. workstation running XEdit):
From Multi-Viewer to Client
Note:
All necessary ports are open by default on the multi-viewer. There is no mechanism provided for
changing the default settings.
