Phoning
Selecting from the call list
You want to call a user from one of the three call lists. You can choose
from the following call lists:
Your phone automatically stored the person's phone number and name in
a call list in the MiVoice Office 400 communication system. Within the one
number user concept (see chapter "One number user concept", page 8)
you can call back users through one of these call lists. An individual call list
contains a maximum of 30 entries. More information on call lists can be
found in chapter "Editing options for the call list", page 64.
The call lists can be operated via the call list key, the redial key, the system
menu, or a function key (see chapter "Configuring keys", page 87).
Menu
Description
Unanswered calls
List of callers who tried to reach you when you were
absent. These missed calls are signalled on the display.
Answered calls
List of calls answered.
Redial list
List of calls made.
Call list for unanswered/answered calls:
Mitel 6863 SIP:
Press the function key for
Menu
. Scroll to
Call list
and press the
navigation key to the right.
Mitel 6865 SIP:
Press the call list key.
Scroll to
Unanswered
or
Answered
and press the navigation key to the right.

List of most recent unanswered/answered calls/conversations is displayed.
Scroll through the list and select the user you want.
Pick up the handset.

The call number of the user is dialled.
Note:
Once the call has been successfully connected, the entry is deleted from the
unanswered call list.
