OPERATION
Keep clear of the cutting head as it may start moving when the engine starts.
STARTING THE ENGINE

CAUTION
do not pull the starter cord all the way out and do not let go of the starter handle when the
cord is extended, this can damage the starter mechanism.
COLD ENGINE STARTING
•
Rest the unit on a flat, firm surface. Keep the cutting head off the ground and clear of surrounding
objects as it may start moving when starting the engine.
•
Push the air purge bulb Fig 9 until fuel is visible in the clear return fuel line .

Move the choke lever to the closed position Fig 10.
