When connecting to the operation panel I/O unit

Operation panel I/O unit occupies the specified Nos. of stations. (Station No. 7 and 8 are reserved for
manual pulse generator.)
RIO3 can use either four stations (3rd to 6th) or three stations (4th to 6th) which depends on the
operation panel I/O unit type.
