Setup range (unit)
8019 R COMP
Set up a compensation coefficient for reducing a
control error in the reduction of a corner roundness
and arch radius.
Indicates a maximum control error (mm) in
parentheses.
The larger the setup value, the smaller the
theoretical error will be. However, since the speed
at the corner goes down, the cycle time is extended.
Coefficient = 100 - setting value
Note: This is valid when "#8021 COMP CHANGE"
is set to "0".
0 to 99 (%)
8020 DCC ANGLE
Set up the minimum value of an angle (external
angle) that should be assumed to be a corner.
When an inter-block angle (external angle) in
high-accuracy mode is larger than the set value, it is
determined as a corner and the speed goes down to
sharpen the edge.
θ
If the set value is smaller than
θ
, the speed goes down to
optimize the corner.
Note: If "0" is set, it will be handled as 5 degrees.
0 to 89 (degrees)
0: The angle will be
5°.
8021 COMP CHANGE
Select whether to share or separate the
compensation coefficient at the corner/curve during
the high-accuracy control mode.

8022 CORNER COMP
Set the compensation coefficient to further reduce
or increase the roundness at the corner during the
high-accuracy control mode.
Coefficient = 100 - setting value
Note: This is valid when "#8021 COMP CHANGE"
is set to "1".
-1000 to 99 (%)
8023 CURVE COMP
Set the compensation coefficient to further reduce
or increase the radius reduction amount at the
curve (arc, involute, spline) during the
high-accuracy control mode.
Coefficient = 100 - setting value
Note: This is valid when "#8021 COMP CHANGE"
is set to "1".
-1000 to 99 (%)
