• Presentation (internal)
Images are acquired and codes are read without external trigger inputs. Unlike the trigger type of "Self" which acquires
images at equal intervals, the image acquisition interval varies depending on each code. This trigger mode does not support a
timeout setting.
Some parameters can be configured to set standby time until the next code is read, and whether the code reader reads the
same code repeatedly.
This trigger mode supports automatic exposure.
Motion Detection
This setting can be configured when "Self (internal)" or "Presentation (internal) is selected for a trigger type.
The code reader starts the operation of a set trigger type by detecting moving objects within the field of vision.
■
Enabled
The code reader does not acquire images, but it detects in the background whether there are any moving objects within the
field of view.
When any motions are detected, the code reader starts operation in the "Presentation (internal)" or "Self (internal)" trigger
mode.
■
Timeouts
The time from when the code reader enables triggers to when it returns to the motion detection mode can be specified in
seconds. However, the timeout time is reset each time when motion detection or reading a code is successful.
■
Motion Detection Sensitivity
The degree to which the code reader detects motion can be set in three stages: Low, Medium and High.
