The sliding cases are not suitable for storing foods with high water content and other foods that freeze easily.
●
Freezing may occur depending on the type of food, amount stored, and the conditions when added to the compartment.
●
In the lower case (when Supercool Chilling or Thaw is set)
If food freezes, set the temperature in the lower case to [L]. If chilling is insufficient, set the temperature in the
lower case to [H].

“S-COOL CHILL button” is “off” as the default setting.
“S-COOL CHILL button” is additional feature to keep the food fresh for a longer time.
But suggested to “keep off” the “S-COOL CHILL button” if there is no use to maintain the power consumption lower.
This function reduces dripping from frozen meat and fish, and
provides high quality thawing for delicious cooking.
● Thawing is also possible when other foods are in the case.
● Thawed foods that you forgot to remove or did not use can still be stored here, preserving their flavors.
● Place the food item to thaw apart from other food items. If it contacts other food items, the other food items may freeze.
● Depending on the type and quantity of the food, it may not be possible to cut the food immediately after Thaw finishes.
Leave at room temperature for 5 - 15 minutes before preparing.

When set, the text above the icon
is illuminated continuously.

After around 90 minutes, Thaw
automatically ends and the setting
changes to Supercool Chilling.

Once set,
Supercool Chilling
remains active
until the setting is
canceled.
