Ice Making Compartment
Remove the water tank from the refrigerator compartment.
Rotate and remove the tank cap and fill the tank with water.
Do not add water above the full line (
full position).
●
Doing so may cause water to spill when the tank is carried.
●
It will also make it more likely that ice cubes will freeze together.
*WARNING-Fill with potable water only.
Close the tank cap and return the water tank to its
original position.
●
Push in the water tank all the way to the inside.
●
If the tank is tilted, water will spill out.
Making Ice
●
Wash the water tank, water supply pipe and ice tray before making ice for the first time, or if you
have not made ice for more than a week.
●
When
is touched and
is illuminated, ice making is stopped. Set to regular ice making.

Full Line
●
Do not place food or other items in the ice storage box
when making ice.
●
When placing food items in the ice storage box, first stop
ice making and make sure that the food items remain
below the guide line on the side. (Otherwise there is a risk
of the door not fully closing, malfunction, or damage.)
●
Do not pour anything other than cold water into the water
tank, such as warm water, juice, tea, soft drinks, or other
liquids (the tank can only resist heat up to 60°C).
Pouring anything other than cold water into the tank may
cause damage.
●
Do not attempt to make ice by pouring water directly into
the ice tray. Liquid water may fall into the ice storage box,
causing the ice cubes to freeze together.
●
Ice making stops when the amount of ice in the storage
box reaches a certain level (around 70 - 140 ice cubes). If
the ice level is uneven, spread it out so it is flat, and place
the ice server lying sideways in the storage section at the
front of the ice storage box as shown in the left figure.
●
Open and close the door to the ice making compartment
slowly. There is a risk of ice spilling out.
