Tips for Supercool Freezing
●
Depending on how the food freezes, adjust the temperature setting to [L] or [H].

Foods should be used within 1 - 2 weeks after the temperature setting was changed from Freezing to Soft-Freezing.
●
When fruit is thawed, it will not be in the same condition as it was before it was frozen. Eat frozen fruit without
thawing it.
●
If fruit is stored for more than a week with Soft-Freezing, its taste may change. It is recommended that frozen fruit
be eaten within 2 to 3 days.
●
When the temperature setting is Soft-Freezing, food is frozen at about -7°C, so it takes around 24 hours for food to
freeze completely.
●
Even after Hot Freezing has ended, the food may still not be completely frozen.
●
The degree of freezing or freezer burn may vary depending on the food type, method of preparation, storage
arrangement (stacking, storage location), amount of food, length of storage, and the conditions of refrigerator use.
●
Depending on how much sugar, salt, moisture, or fat the food contains, the food may not freeze or may freeze too hard
(cannot be cut immediately with a kitchen knife). If food freezes too hard, leaving it for around 5 to 15 minutes at
room temperature will make it easier to cut.
●
The following foods are not suitable for Supercool Freezing.
• Foods which cannot be frozen (konjac (devil’s tongue), tofu, milk, raw eggs, etc.)
• Supermarket ice cream and frozen foods
• Food that has already been thawed once
•
When foods are added later, the
texture may change.
Put foods in together at the
same time whenever possible.
Place added foods flat on top.
Minimize opening and
closing of the door.
Place warm foods separate from other foods.

Contact with frozen food may cause the
frozen food to melt.
When putting warm foods inside

repeated beeping
sound occurs when
