illuminated?
Cancel the Child Safety Lock.

Are the user’s fingers or the operation panel
wet or dirty?
Wipe off the moisture and dirt on the operation panel and fingers.

Are you touching the panel continuously?
Remove your finger from the panel and then touch it again. The
panel responds at the time when the finger is removed.

Is there a towel, plastic bag, paper, or other
item in front of the operation panel?
Remove the towel, plastic bag, paper, or other item.
Hot Freezing
cannot be set.

Is the temperature of the supercool freezing
compartment set to [FRZ]?
Soft-Freezing can be set when the temperature setting is [SOFT
FRZ]. Change the temperature setting.

Reduce the number of times that you open the doors.
Close the doors so there is no gap.
When moisture in the air cools, it forms frost or condensation.
When humidity is high, even a small gap will cause frost or
condensation to form.

humidity high
?
Condensation may form temporarily. Wipe off with a dry cloth.
Frost forms easily in the freezer compartment. Minimize the time
that the door is kept open.
Others
There are lines
like scratches in
transparent parts.

Are the lines thin and is there no difference
in the level of the surface on either side?
These marks were formed when the plastic was molded. They
occurred when the flows of plastic came together and created a
seam. They are not scratches or cracks.
There is a hole in a
door or refrigerator
wall.

Is it a small hole on the inside of the door or
refrigerator inner wall?
This hole is intended to allow air to escape when the thermal
insulation foam is injected during the manufacturing process. It is
not a flaw or abnormality.
The shape of the
sides or door front
is distorted.

Does reflected light appear distorted?
Distortions and waviness occur during the manufacturing process.
When light contacts these parts, they may appear to be distorted but
this is not an abnormality.
Noise interferes
with televisions or
other devices.

Is the refrigerator installed near an electronic
device such as a television?
Install the refrigerator away from electronic devices such as
televisions.

Is the power to the refrigerator supplied from
a socket located near the hole where the
antenna cable enters the house?
Use a dedicated outlet for the refrigerator power (nothing else
plugged into it).
There is a
bothersome odor
(food or ice).

Has any food with a strong odor been placed
in the refrigerator without being tightly
wrapped or put in a sealed container?
Wrap foods that have strong odor before storing them.
The deodorizing device may be unable to fully eliminate such
odors.

Do you clean the water tank periodically?
It should be cleaned periodically.

come off.

Are the adjustable supports in contact with
the floor?
The adjustable support covers cannot be installed correctly when
the adjustable supports are raised. Rotate and lower the adjustable
supports until they contact the floor.

Open the vegetable compartment door and check from above while
inserting the adjustable support covers until they contact the body.
