Pipe, Water supply pump, Light-type bacteria removing / lead clean filter
Pull out the pipe.
Twist the water supply
pump to remove it.
Disassemble and wash the
parts with water.
Reverse procedure to build up
Fit the filter cover’s tab
(A) and hook (B) into
the assembly made
in step
above.
Fit the filter into the
cap.
Rotate the cap and catch the cap
hook (C)(step
) onto the water
supply pump tab (D)(step
).
*Make sure that the impeller is in
the water supply pump.
Rotate the water supply pump
(step
) to install it securely and
correctly on the water supply tank.
Install the impeller into
the water supply pump.
Do not use kitchen detergent
benzene, bleach or other cleaning
products to clean the light-type
bacteria removing / lead clean filter.

The products above give ice odors.
Normally, the light-type bacteria removing /
lead clean filter need not be replaced.
However, replace it in the following conditions:
· When the filter is clogged by passing
something other than water through the filter
· When the filter is broken
· When the filter is moldy
In such cases, contact the retail store at
which you purchased this refrigerator from.
*If the water tank is prone to get moldy
due to the nature of water, clean the
water tank 2 to 3 times a week.
Improper reassembling might cause failed ice
making or increased noise. Check the following.
Assemble the water supply pump
Connect the pipe with the water
supply pump.
*Make sure that no foreign object is found
between the water supply pipe and the
pipe junction.
Install the pipe
Align the marks on the pipe and
the water tank.
The impeller is magnetic.
Wash carefully to remove
all foreign objects.
