¡
Check compressor wiring visually.
¡
Check insulation resistance. (1 M
Ω
or over)
¡
Check coil wire resistance.
Model 25, 35: 1.703
Ω
(U-V, V-W, U-W) or more at 20°C
Model 50 : 1.417
Ω
(U-V), 1.392
Ω
(V-W), 1.435
Ω
(U-W) or more at 20°C
Is output voltage applied to all 3
phases of power transistor?
Inspect compressor.
Defective outdoor PCB
If check results are normal,
compressor is locked.
Is normal state restored?
Malfunction by temporary
noise
Replace fan motor (If anomaly
persiste after replacing fan motor,
replace outdoor PCB)
NO
Notes (1) See pages 57 for the DC fan motor and outdoor PCB check
procedure.
(2) After making sure the DC fan motor and outdoor PCB are
normal, connect the connectors and confirm that the fan
motor is turning.
(If power is turned on while one or the other is broken down,
it could cause the other to break down also.)
