Function
(1) Evaluates the arcsine function on the value specified for
and stores the operation result

(2) A sign of the data to be evaluated is set for

If the evaluation value is a positive value, it stores 0, and if it is a negative value, it stores 1.
(3) The integer part and decimal fraction are stored in
