櫃門無法關上

 櫃門是否觸碰到食品或收納箱?

 是否儲存過多食品?

 檢查拉門收納箱後方是否有食品掉落?確認櫃門
與本體之間是否有電線等異物卡在當中?

 各項安裝是否確實?

 腳架是否確實抵住貼在地面?

 請勿讓存放的食品在櫃門關上時,碰觸到櫃門。

請將夾在櫃門間的物品清除。例如食品、電源線、
塑膠袋等。

 調整可調式支撐腳,使雪櫃前方稍微提起,如此關
門會較容易。

解決方式、原因。

 請確認操控面板的溫度設定是否設定為「強」。

是否將水分較多的食品放在棚架深處?

周圍的溫度是否低於 5℃?

 給水管安裝是否正確?

請將溫度設定為「中」。此外,急冷運轉時,雪櫃內

的溫度會暫時降低。

 豆腐、蔬菜、水果等水分含量較多的食品與飲料,
請放在外側。

請將冷藏室及蔬菜室的溫度設定為「弱」,這樣比較

不容易結凍。

安裝不確實或是因異物造成縫隙時,就會導致冷氣逆

流,並使冷藏室的食品結凍。

剛剛調整過溫度,或者雪櫃剛剛安裝好?

上部的食品是否放得太密集?

是否接觸直接放入雪櫃的熱食?

 放入熱食時,是否設定為瞬冷凍?

 雪糕與冷凍食品, 是否有以「冷凍 ˙ 弱」或是「冷
凍 ˙ 中」來保存?

切換室是否設定為節電模式?

① 

雪櫃充分冷卻需要一定的時間。請等待 30 分鐘以
上再放入食品,或使用急冷。

 請在上部預留足夠的間隙,讓冷氣流動。

 冷凍的食品請勿與熱食接觸,否則可能融化。

 放入熱食時,請設定為瞬冷凍。食品的溫度會快速
下降。

請設定為「冷凍 ˙ 強」。

請將節電模式解除。

請將門關上。櫃門打開後每過 1 分鐘會發出門開警

  如果關上門後蜂鳴聲也沒有停止,請按住「瞬冷凍、

急冷按鍵」約 5 秒,蜂鳴聲就會停止。這樣的狀況
代表雪櫃需要檢查,請與購買處的經銷商。
