J2 axis lubrication method
shows the procedures for J2 axis lubrication method.
1
) Remove the shoulder cover F/B/R.
2) Remove the air purging bolt <

>. Take care not to lose the washer with seal at this time. There is air purging
bolt in the J2 axis for all type.
3) Lubricate the grease shown in the
from grease nipple <2>.
4) Tighten the air purging bolt <

> which removed with the above step"2)". Do not forget to attach the washer
with seal.
5) Install the cover which removed with the above step"
This completes the J2 axis lubrication.

J3 axis lubrication method
shows the procedures for J3 axis lubrication method.

) Remove the shoulder cover F/B/R and No.2 arm cover R.
2) Remove the air purging bolt <

>. Take care not to lose the washer with seal at this time. There is air purging
bolt in the J3 axis for all type.
3) Lubricate the grease shown in the
from grease nipple <2>.
4) Tighten the air purging bolt <
