needed. Moreover, it is necessary to remove J6 axis timing belt for the replacement of brake timing belt.

1) Confirm that the robot controller power is OFF.

1) Carry out steps 1) and 2) indicated in

2) Loosen J6 axis motor fixing screw (1). (two pc.) (Loosen so that it may not escape from nut.)
By loosening the screw, the tension of brake timing belt <3> is automatically adjusted by the work of spring

3) After adjustment, securely tighten the two motor installation screws <1>. Improper tightening can cause the
belt to loosen with vibration.
