Safety instructions
• Do not use the scales for any purpose
other than that for which it is intended.
• Use and keep the scales out of the
reach of flammable and volatile
substances.
• Do not expose to extreme temperatures
or direct sunlight.
• Do not place the scales near heaters,
open flames or other devices or equip-
ment that are sources of heat.
• Although the scales are made of a
waterproof material, do not immerse it
in water or other liquids.
• If you are not going to use the scales
for a long time, remove the batteries
to avoid the risk of them leaking onto
electrical components causing irrepa-
rable damage.
• Do not repair or modify the scales
yourself. In case of repair, contact
an authorised service centre. In the
case of unprofessional intervention in
the product, you lose the right to the
warranty period.

Power supply
• Use 2pcs of AAA batteries for the scale
power supply
• Unscrew the battery compartment
cover on the back of the balance and
insert the batteries (pay attention to the
correct polarity). Then screw the cover
back on.
• Always use good quality alkaline
batteries. This will significantly extend
the service life.
• Disposal of used batteries - used batteries
do not belong in mixed household waste.
Dispose of used batteries at a collection
point designated for this purpose.
Before putting into the operation
• If possible, allow the scales to warm up
for 30 seconds after first switching it on
so that they work accurately.
Weighing mode
• Remove the scales from the packaging
and place it in a vertical position (the
scale is hanged up).
• Touch ON / OFF button to turn on the
scale
• Hang the weighing object. The detected
weight of the object is displayed on the
LCD screen.
• Never exceed the maximum capacity,
which is 40 kg.
• If the scales cannot be switched
on, make sure that the batteries
are inserted. whether they are not
discharged.
Weight units switching
• Press the button “UNIT” for switching
the weight units.
Taring function
• The TARE function is used for manual
tare / zeroing of the scales.
• Use this function if you use any
auxiliary objects (eg weighing sling)
for weighing, but at the same time you
only want to monitor the net weight of
the object to be weighed.
• First hang the auxiliary object
(weighing sling). When the weight is
displayed, press the TARE button to
reset the balance. Insert the catch
you want to weigh into the weighing
sling and hang the catch net on the
scale.
