Since memory backup battery
is dead, program data are lost.
Replace battery
(See
9. (1)
)
.
E-02
Start input
error
Cable to input start signal is
broken, and parity check error
is detected.
Check start signal input cable.
Temperature of welding
transformer rises and external
thermostat input circuit opens.
Lower temperature of transfor-
mer. When using water-cooled
transformer, properly adjust
temperature and flow rate of
cooling water.
E-03
Transformer
thermostat
error
External signal input power is not
connected.
Make sure the connection of Pin
6, 7, 8 and 9 on the External
Input/Output Signals terminal is
correctly performed
(See
6. (1)
)
.
Check filter for clogging (See
9.
(3)
).
E-04
IGBT
Thermostat
Error
Internal temperature of equip-
ment rises and thermostat for
power transistor in power unit
is open.
Check that the duty cycle does
not exceed its specific value;
observe it
(See
10. (4)
)
.
Squeeze of weld-
ing electrode is not
sufficient.
Adjust squeeze of welding
electrode adequately.
SQZ
time is set
too short.
Check setting of
SQZ
time to see
if it is too short.
Set it longer than stroke time of
electrode.
NON-CURRENT
PULSE
COUNT
is set low.

Fuse for valve is
blown.
Replace fuse
(See
9. (2)
)
.
Secondary
or primary
current is
not
detected.
Other maker's trans-
former is used
without connecting
toroidal coil.

E-05
Non-current
error
Current is set to 0.8kA or less in
HIGH
Range.
In operation of 0.8kA or less,
change to
LOW
Range
beforehand
(See
4. (8)(f)
).
