To facilitate the liquefaction operations, it is advisable
to make small circular movements with the tip of the
tool always in contact with the area to be treated,
as well as, if necessary, add small amounts of tin in
order to speed up the heating process.
Handle the gun with care, especially if it is hot: the
high temperature could cause fires or burn injuries if
due attention is not ensured.
At the end of use, always clean the tool, since the
cooling of the alloy inside can cause expansion that
can compromise its subsequent efficiency.
In the event of breaks while using the product, it is
advisable to bring the operating temperature to 200°
C, in order to prevent prolonged thermal stress:
some compatible power units perform this function
automatically, restoring the previous temperature
once gripped the tool.
Cleaning, care and maintenance
To clean the tool, whenever an excessive amount of
suctioned alloy accumulates or the suction perfor-
mance drops dramatically, proceed as follows:
