terms
that

used

manual.
CVD
Chemical
Vapor
Deposition
Caution
Indicates
a
potentially
hazardous
situation
that,
if
not
avoided,
may
result
in
minor
or
moderate
injury.
It
may
also
be
used
to
alert
against
unsafe
practices.
Clearance
The
shortest
distance
in
air
between
two
conductive
parts.
DSP
Digital
Signal
Processor
Danger
Indicates
an
imminently
hazardous
situation
that,
if
not
avoided,
will
result
in
death
or
serious
injury.
EMC
Electromagnetic
Compatibility
Enclosure
A
part
providing
protection
of
equipment
against
certain
external
influences
and,
in
any
direction,
protection
against
direct
contact.
Equipment
The
system
equipment,
its
component
parts,
and
auxiliary
or
peripheral
equipment.
Fault
The
state
of
an
item
characterized
by
inability
to
perform
a
required
function,
excluding
the
inability
during
preventive
maintenance
or
other
planned
actions,
or
due
to
a
lack
of
external
resources.
Fixed
Equipment
Equipment
fastened
to
a
support
or
otherwise
secured
in
a
specific
location.
