Foldable yoga hammock set
This item will allow you to exercise in several ways, example
positions are mentioned on page 2.
1. Before first use, carefully mount the provided ceiling mounts in a
proper and secure manner. We recommend consulting a
specialist before installing to ensure user safety. Mounting
points should be able to endure a minimum load of 200kg,
maximum loading weight of the hammock is 200kg.
2. Pay attention on the distance from the Yoga hammock to the
floor and wall
3. Clear any obstacles or sharp objects within 1,5m from the Yoga
hammock.
How to use
1. Open the hooks and link the hooks on both sides (drawing A).
2. Use the
adjustable daisy-chain straps to hang
from a celling,
chin-up bar, beam, or solid tree branch
(drawing B)
.

Attach the hooks to the strap loops and adjust the Yoga
hammock to a suitable height, then lock the hooks
(drawing C).
4.
Slide up or down the adjustable plastic fixator to suitable
position
(drawing D).

50cm and should be no less than 1m away from wall
