Push inward to release and turn the right footrest

 

Turn right and left foot to the left.

 

To remove the footrests from the chair, pull them upwards after turning them 

to release them from the rotating terminals.

 

• FOR ASSEMBLY

 

Place the footrests on the rotating pins by placing the right footrest on the right 

side and the left foot on the left side. Turn the footrests towards the center of 

the chair until they stop, so they will lock automatically into the chair.

 

Reconnect the calf strap to its stem.

Lifting

 

Pull the release lever again until the foot is at the desired height.

 

Lowering

 

Support the leg with one hand and release the release lever down with the 
other hand.
