     4.1.5. The user shall often check the air pressure of the pneumatic tire, pay attention to 

checking the wear of pattern of tire, and replace it when necessary. 

     4.1.6. Often check the screw, and tighten it if the screw is loosened. 

     4.1.7. Often clear the objects of wheel bearing (such as hairline and thread residue). 

     4.1.8. Often check the sensitivity of brake, and pay attention to whether the cushion is broken 

to ensure safety. 

4.2. Care 

     4.2.1. Basic maintenance when the wheelchair is used every day: Check it before using every 

day, and check whether the appearance of the wheelchair is broken. 

     4.2.2. Monthly or yearly basic maintenance 

Connection of battery electrode: The electrode on the battery box is closely connected with the 

electrode on the body, and is not corroded; (Every month) the battery must be placed in the 

battery box according to the order and the electrode is closely connected (the battery box cannot 

be randomly opened for checking). (Yearly) 

     Electric wire joint: Regularly check all exposed electric wire joints; (Monthly) 

     Regularly check the insulation of all exposed electric wires, including power plug of charger; 

(Monthly) 

     Repair or replace the damaged fittings and joints. (Yearly) 

     All key screws or nuts 

     Regularly check whether all exposed screws or nuts are loosened. (Monthly) 

     Bearing and motor/driving part of electric wheelchair: 

     If the module has been injected with the lubricating oil and used in a closed way, it is 

unnecessary to be injected again; (Yearly) 

Instruction and precaution of battery 

5.1. One lithium battery is used.

 

5.2. When the battery is used for the first time, the power in the battery must be fully used up, 

and then be charged, until it is fully charged; 

     1)In order to ensure smooth driving of the electric wheelchair, it must be fully charged before 

travelling; 

     2)The wheelchair is charged according to the voltage of the country and region and 

configured charging plug, but the too low or too high voltage and unmatched plug cannot be 

used to prevent the charging from being damaged. 

Avoid all electrical modules from being damped. Such as control panel, 

charger and electrical controller. If part of modules is damped, they can 

be used after being dried.
