1. Introduction
Thank you for buying a high-quality Mobilex product. This user manual contains a description of the medical device
and important guidance to ensure a correct and safe usage of the product. It is important prior to use to read this
manual carefully. It is especially important to read the safety requirements and follow these. We continuously
develop our products and we reserve the right to change the specifications and functions of products without
further notice.
Intended use of the device
The Mobilex rollator “Lion” is a medical device which has been designed to increase the mobility of persons who
have difficulties standing or walking. The rollator enables those persons to regain the ability to perform daily chores.
The rollator is suitable for persons who as a result of various diseases need stable walking support. The rollator
should only be used as a support for standing, walking and sitting. Any other use is prohibited.
Indications
The device is indicated for use as walking, standing and seating support by persons who suffer different diseases of
human motion system. The variety of such diseases is very wide but the symptoms are similar: people who because
of their health status need stable walking support and are indicated to use rollators. The final decision to choose the
correct type of device depends on condition of the individual patient and should always be taken by professional
physician or physical therapist
NB
The rollator should not be used by persons with balance problems whose muscles are severely
weakened, thus unable to stand or walk on their own. The rollator should be recommended by a
physiotherapist or a doctor.

2. Security instructions

Use only the product if it is technically flawless
•
In case of any product damage or faults please contact your dealer immediately
•
Observe the data on the product label
•
Use the product only for the described purpose

Please notice that there is a risk of injury at all joints on the rollator
•
Always check before use that the wheel brakes function perfectly
•
Use the rollator only when it has been fully unfolded and the locking device has been activated
•
The rollator should only be used on a flat stable surface, indoors or outdoors
•
The seat may only be used when the brakes have been firmly locked
•
Both brakes should always be activated or locked simultaneously
•
Max. load of the rollator is 200 kg in total
•
Max. load of the shopping bag is 5 kg
•
It is not allowed to carry an extra person on the seat
•
The product must not be changed without the manufacturer's written permission
•
The rollator must always be braked when not in use
3. Description
Product description
The Mobilex rollator "Lion" has a powder coated reinforced frame with 4 big wheels (see the technical data). The
light-weight frame makes it easy to fold the rollator together and offers easy storage and transport. The rollator runs
easily and is sufficiently stable. The height of the underarm supports can be easily adjusted. The rollator is delivered
with a mounted seat, a backbelt and a shopping bag.
