1. General information

This user manual contains a description of the medical device and important guidances to ensure a
correct and safe usage of the product. It is important prior to use to read this manual carefully. It is
especially important to read the safety requirements and follow these.
We continuously develop our products and we reserve the right without further notice to change the
specifcations and functions of products.
Intended use of the device
The rollator
has been designed as an assistance tool for the people who have mobility problems
with standing, walking or seating independently.
The device is specifcally dedicated for individuals
who require additional stable support during walking. Thanks to rollator those persons can fulfl
without others assistance most of their daily tasks and routines. Any other usage is prohibited.

2. Safety requirements
●
Only use the product in fawless condition.
●
If defects or errors are detected you must immediately contact the dealer.
●
Follow the information on the product label.
●
Only use the product for the described purpose.
●
Avoid making constructive changes on the device, unless you have the manufacturer’s
written acceptance for such modifcations.
●
During diferent adjustments which are possible on the device the user must take care not to
squeeze the fngers or other body parts between two moving elements of the device
●
The device must only be used on a stable surface.
●
All wheels MUST be in contact with the foor at ALL TIMES during use. This will ensure the
rollator is properly balanced and should avoid accidents.
●
When using the rollator in a stationary position, the hand brakes MUST be locked.
●
The device must not be loaded with more than max load value described in Technical Data
and on product's label.
●
The device’s basket has load limitation of 5 kg.
●
The device is dedicated to be used indoor or outdoor on fat surfaces.
●
The device is not intended to be self-propelled while seated
●
The brakes MUST be in the locked position BEFORE using the seat.
3. Description
The Mobilex rollator “Kudu” have four wheels and is a light weight rollator with cross foldable frame.
The product is made of aluminium, so it is light and easy to store or transport. The rollator ofers
great manoeuvrability, stability and it’s push handles are height adjustable for a user ft. The
product consists of a powder coated foldable structure frame made of aluminum tubing, and
foldable cross. It is also equipped with fabric seat which allows user to rest and with shopping bag
to carry small items.
The Mobilex rollator “Kudu” is supplied in cartons with the following content:
