roUBlesHooting
The following section provides possible solutions to situations that may occur when
using the Mobileye C2-270. Should this section fail in providing the required solution,
please contact technical support for assistance.
Symptom

No signal is
displayed
Display Unit is powered OFF
Turn on the Display Unit by pressing the ON/OFF
button.
Ignition key is switched off
Turn ignition key to ‘On’ position
Power cable is unplugged
Contact your C2-270 service center
Camera Unit is not functioning
(the ‘Power’ indicator light
on the back side of the
Windshield Mount is OFF)
Contact your C2-270 service center
Extreme Temperature
Protection function is
activated.
The Camera Unit shuts down automatically when
the ambient temperature is 80°C, and will turn on
again at 75°C.
WaRnInG! :The Camera Unit may be very hot.
Do not touch it until it cools.
‘Power’
indicator light
is ON, but no
other signals
are showing
C2-270 Display Unit
malfunction

Low Visibility
indicator is
ON
Bad weather conditions
In case of rain, using the wipers in fast speed
may solve the problem. In all other poor weather
conditions, wait until bad weather conditions pass.
CaUTIOn: Bad weather conditions and other
situations that hamper system visibility also
aggravate general driving conditions. Drive
carefully!.
Windshield is dirty – impaired
visibility
1. Clean windshield using wipers.
2. If the source of obstruction is on the inside of
the windshield, carefully remove the detachable
bottom part of the Windshield Mount, clean the
relevant area of the windshield, and carefully re-
install the Mount bottom part. If after restarting
the vehicle, the Low Visibility indication is still
ON, contact C2-270 service center.

Do not perform any maintenance activities on the Mobileye C2-270
while driving!
