Do not:
Open or dismantle the battery or hit, throw, puncture or attach objects to the battery.
Touch any substances leaking from the battery, as it contains hazardous substances.
Let children or pets touch the battery.
Over-charge, over-discharge or short-circuit the battery.
Immerse or expose the battery to water or any other liquid.
Expose the battery to excessive heat or cold.
Expose the battery to an environment containing explosive gases or flames.
Leave the battery in rain or direct sunlight or in hot cars in direct sunlight. Reassemble or refit
the battery.
Carry or store the battery together with metal objects such as hairpins, necklaces, etc.
Ride the electric scooter while it is charging.
Use any charger other than the original charger.
The rider (or the rider's parent if the rider is under the age of 14/16) of this scooter is solely
responsible for the safe operation of the electric scooter at all times.
The rider is aware that the use of the electric scooter involves obvious and unexpected risks
and dangers that can cause injury or death to the rider or others and/or material damage and
that such risks and dangers cannot always be foreseen or avoided.
Risks, dangers and hazards, include, but are not limited to:
Vehicles and other objects, pedestrians, traffic, malfunction of the electric scooter or its
components. Road and weather conditions.
Failure to comply with the laws in force relating to the use and/or operation of the electric scooter.
Failure to perform a security check as described in the Warnings and Recommendations
section. Failure to use the helmet.
The rider agrees that electric scooters are electrical equipment that may not function
properly even if maintained properly and that such a malfunction can cause property
damage, injury or death.
The rider assumes full and complete responsibility for all related risks, dangers and threats and
all related damages, injuries and deaths.
By using the electric scooter, the rider expressly waives any claims against the licensee, distri-
butor, manufacturer or retailer of the electric scooter.
