MIDI

Arp / Seq Out

Enables / disables MIDI note output from the arpeggiator and sequencer. If this setting is
enabled and the arpeggiator is active then the internal keyboard notes will not be transmitted
to MIDI-out. Please note that MIDI-in notes that are being arpeggiated will also be transmitted
to MIDI-out if this setting is enabled, which may cause MIDI loop / echo issues in complex
MIDI setups.

This can be set from the panel by holding the ARP button whilst powering on the device and
using touch pads 1-8 to turn off this setting or touch pads 9-16 to turn on this setting.

Polychaining

Polychaing is available for up to 4 SKULPTsynth SE or SKULPTsynthesiser units together for up
to 16 voices of polyphony:

•

Connect desired master din out to first drone din in.

•

Connect additional drones (Maximum 3 drones per master, 4 in total) in the same way,
din out -> din in.

•

Power on drone SKULPTsynth SE or SKULPTsynthesiser.

•

Power on master SKULPTsynth SE or SKULPTsynthesiser holding down the VOICE button
and select the number of drones on the Touch Pads.

•

Release VOICE button. An LED animation should run accross all SKULPT units and will
disable the drone’s front panel. The VOICE LEDs will be lit and the drone number flashing
on the touch pads.
