e) Allocating functions for Toggle Switches A and B
To make optimum use of the possibilities provided by transmitter programming, for some func-
tions you first have to activate one or both toggle switches and/or the rotary controller on the
transmitter, and allocate the respective function to the switch/rotary controller.
Winged models
Either of the toggle switches can be allocated the functions [NULL] (no function), [DR] (Dual Rate) and [ThroCut]
(Throttle Cut-Off, for motor shut-down).
The default setting is for the left toggle switch (B) to be allocated the [DR] function. Toggle Switch A is [Thro-
Cut] function.
On the starting screen, press the [Switch A] or [Switch B] button.
Select the function you want to perform with the respective switch.
Confirm the selection with [OK].
If you have put [DR] on one switch, you can program two Dual Rate settings ([DR ON] / [DR OFF]) and then change
between the two data records by switching over.
[ThroCut] is a simple switching function by which the motor can be switched off in flight.
If when starting a flight the motor of the model does not start, check the position of the toggle
switch allocated with [ThroCut].
If it has been inadvertently switched on prior to starting, the motor will not start up.
Helicopter models
Either of the toggle switches can be allocated the functions [NULL] (no function), [DR] (Dual Rate), [ThroCut] (Throttle
Cut-Off, for motor shut-down for autorotation) and [NOR/ID] (Normal Flight/Idle UP, Aerobatics).
The default setting is for the left toggle switch (B) to be allocated the [
NOR/ID
] function. Toggle Switch A is
[ThroCut] function.
