Anti-Leak Bottle Support /PAD
Gallon support in this unit is manufactured with anti-leak technology to prevent water from spilling
(flooding) due to improper installation of water gallon.
Attention!: Do not install defective or leaky bottle / gallon on the unit.
In the event of leak, conduct the following simple test to identify whether the water bottle / gallon is the
source of the problem:
1.
Disconnect the cord and remove the bottle.
2.
Remove the gallon bottle support / pad and check the water level in the
water reservoir.
3.
The water level in the reservoir should be
¾
full. Adjust the water level
as needed.
4.
Monitor the water level in the reservoir. If it decreases within 1-2 hours,
empty the reservoir and contact the MODENA Service Center for
inspection and/or repair. If the water level remains the same, the leak
may have come from the water gallon.
Dispensing Hot and Cold Water
Place the cup underneath the tap and press the left tap / button to dispense hot water or the right
tap / button to dispense cold water.
Regulate the water temperature (cold water only)
B
y turning the thermostat at the back of the unit clockwise from “high” to “Low” as needed. If the
unit fails to dispense water, freezing may have occurred due to excessively low temperature on
the thermostat. In this case, unplug the power cord and leave the unit overnight before restarting
it. Set the thermostat on “high”, and slowly reduce the temperature accordingly.
