The following cases are not damage:
Problem
Possible Cause and Recommended Action
The ventilation releases white
smoke.
The room temperature is too low, so the
exhaust gas is condensed into white fog when
meets the outdoor cold air.
Hot water output becomes
cold because of the low water
flow.
When the water flow is low (below the start-up
water pressure), the water heater will
automatically shut off and the output water
become cold. Therefore, do not use the water
heater if the water flow is too low.
The water heater shuts off
suddenly after being used for
20 minutes continuously.
This water heater has timing protection function
after 20 minutes of continuous use, and this
function will automatically extinguish flame.
Turn the hot water valve off; wait a moment;
and turn the water heater on again to re-start
the ignition.
