• Water inlet valve is not fully
opened (the water heater will
turn off if the water flow is
low).
Fully open the water inlet valve.
• Ignition time is too short.
Wait for a moment.
• Water pipe is too long and it
will take a moment for the
hot water to flow out.
Wait for a moment.
• Gas runs out.
Add gas / replace gas tank.
Water is not
hot enough
• Water flow is too high and
the heating capacity of the
water heater is insufficient.
Reduce the water flow.
• Gas inlet valve is not fully
opened.
Fully open the gas inlet valve.
• Temperature setting is too
low
Increase
