Unplug the power cord.

Remove all objects in the compartment

Clean the inside of the compartment
-
Leave the door open to completely dry the compartment and prevent fungi or bad smell.
RELOCATION

Unplug the power cord.
-
When moving the freezer, make sure the wheels are not damaging the
power cord.
-
Avoid hitting the stairs, doorways, etc.
-
Make sure the surface level of the tilt unit does not exceed 45° and the
unit is not reversed.
Check the following before contacting our Service Center in the event of dysfunction:
Unit is not working

Is the power cord unplugged?

Is there a problem with the power source / fusebox?

Is the circuit breaker activated?
Unit is not cold

Is the temperature properly regulated?

Is there too much food being stored inside the freezer?
-
Is the freezer door opened too frequently?
-
Is the freezer installed in a hot environment?
-
Does the freezer have poor ventilation?
-
Is there too much frost inside the freezer?
Noise
-
Is the freezer put on even surface?
-
Is the back of the freezer against the wall?
-
Is the unit put against other objects?

The compressor will emit loud noise at the beginning of
operations. The noise will disappear when the freezing starts.
Condensation on the
outer surface of the
freezer
Dew may form on the outer surface of the freezer when the ambient air
is too hot / humid. Condensation occurs during high humidity and when
the water particles in the air come into contact with cold surface. This is
perfectly normal. Simply wipe the surface using dry cloth.
Outer Surface of the
Freezer Is Hot to the
Touch
During summer or when the unit is operating for the first time, the outer
surface of the freezer may become hot to the touch. The heat will not
affect the food being stored inside freezer.
