When  using  electrical  heaters,  basic  pre-
cautions  should  always  be  followed  to 
reduce  the  risk  of  fire,  electric  shock  and 
injury to persons, including the following: 
 
1.  Read all instructions before using this 

heater. 

2.  Keep combustible materials, such as 

furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, 
clothes and curtains away from front 
of heater. 1.5 yards minimum clear-
ance required. 

3.  This heater is hot when in use. To 

avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch 
hot surfaces. The grill directly in front 
of heater outlet becomes hot during 
heater operation. 

4.  Extreme caution is necessary when 

any heater is used and whenever 
heater is left operating and unat-
tended. 

5.  Always unplug heater when not in 

use. 

6.  Do not operate any heater with a dam-

aged cord or plug or if heater malfunc-
tions or has been dropped or dam-
aged in any way. Return heater to 
authorized service facility for examina-
tion, electrical or mechanical adjust-
ment or repair. 

7.  Do not use outdoors. 
8.  This heater is not intended for use in 

bathrooms, laundry areas and similar

CAUTION:  Do  not  expose  the

Do  not  place  clothing  or  other 
flammable  material  on  or  near 
firebox.  Never  place  any  objects 
on the fireplace.

 

Carefully  supervise  young  chil-
dren  when  they  are  in  the  room 
with fireplace.

 

Fireplace  becomes  very  hot 
when running. Keep children and 
adults away from hot surfaces to 
avoid  burns  or  clothing  ignition. 
Fireplace  will  remain  hot  for  a 
time  after  shutdown.  Allow  sur-
faces to cool before touching.

 

Do  not  install  fireplace  directly 
on  carpet  or  similar  surface 
which  may  restrict  air  circula-
tion beneath unit.
