MAINTENANCE AND ADJUSTMENT
The racheting mechanism of the slider has aIready been set in the factory
and the position has been sealed. If during use, a clutch loss is noticed and
the shift lever idles or does not shift, lift up the lever hood from the opposite
side of the shift levers, and screw the 10 mm nut corresponding to the shift
lever that has to be adjusted, of about 1/8 turn at a time until the shifting is
restored.
The mechanism of the MORPHOS lever is very simple, however avoid
disassembling it if you are not an expert. There are some synchronization
features that you must know.
However you can keep the slider lubricated by adding some spray lub. for
example “Finish-Line Century lube” in the visible aperture about every six
months. Rotate the slider and let it work front-and backwards. Reposition it
then to your spacing.
WARNING !
If the mechanism of the lever is operated without having previously assembied rear or
front derailleur it may happen that the slider goes out-stroke and the small levers jam.
To restore the mechanism, just disassemble the under-handrubber spring, reinsert the
slider, reassembling the spring.

Serenissima Diffusion S.r.l. Italia Internationally warrants that its products are free
from any defects in materials and workmanship for twelve (12) months from the date
of their original purchase.
The claim must be done directly to the dealer by bringing the
purchase-receipt with purchase date and the defective piece.
Serenissima Diffusion S.r.l. will either repair or replace, at its discretion,
the defective piece by retum mail.
