Command Format
Document Conventions
All commands must follow the format:
/
CMD_NAME
[
command_args
]
CR
•
‘/’ (Forward slash) indicates start of a new command and clears
firmware command buffer. It is optional and can be omitted.
•
CMD_NAME
is a command name separated from command_args
by a white space.
•
Command_args
is a list of zero or more arguments, each
separated by white space.
•
CR
is the end-of-command character
Commands and arguments are not case sensitive.
It is acceptable, but not required, to allow commands to be abbreviated
with a minimum 4 characters to uniquely identify the command. The
commands will be searched in alphabetical order. The first match will be
the selected command.
String arguments must not include the prohibited characters: CR LF TAB /
< > \ ? * : | “ .
String arguments can be enclosed in double quotes.
