6 Replacing the Batteries
If the symbol
is displayed, the two
1.5 V button cells (6) must be re-
placed: With the shell of the housing
opened on the rear side of the meter,
remove the lower screw for the bat-
tery compartment cover and take off
the cover. Remove the exhausted
batteries. Insert two button cells of
the type LR-44 with their positive
poles outwards (fig. 2). Replace the
cover and screw it on again.
