- English - Operator's manual
button. This means that there is no guarantee that all machine actuators will im-
mediately switch-off in every condition.
If an emergency stop is required, use instead the network switch located on the
front part of the electrical board.
FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION OF THE COMMAND
RECEIVER UNIT VIA RADIO – RX UNIT –
(VERSION WITH FLOOR-STANDING MANIPULATOR)
The RX unit receives the coded commands
in serial mode via a radio connection with
the TX unit.
The serial commands are transformed into
electric commands for the solenoid valves
and the motors and transmitted by means
of the 29 pole cable to the machine's elec-
trical board.
There is a white (fig.15a - e) and a red
(fig.15a - f) LED on the side of the RX unit
case.
The white LED (RX ON LED) starts to flash
when the RX unit receives commands.
The red LED (ALARM LED) turns on for a
minimum of twenty seconds when the STOP
button on the control column is pressed. This LED is the equivalent of the "STOP" LED
on the TX unit. If there no incoming commands are received within 20 seconds, the
"ALARM" is extinguished and the machine resumes normal operation.
When the machine is turned on, the LEDs turn on together for approx. two seconds
as a self-test.
The RX unit starts the hydraulic pump motor each time it receives a command from
the control lever's TX unit and the pump will remain in operation for an additional 5
seconds after the last command is received.
WARNING
When locking a rim, continue to operate the control to make sure that
the maximum
pressure (180 bar) has been reached, which can be checked on the pressure gauge
(C, Fig. 11).
