WARNING
The distributor-turntable pressure tests are performed with the wheel mounted.
WARNING
When working, always control the pressure of the turntable
NOTE.
Also check the pressure during tyre mounting and demounting operations; to solve
rim settling problems, continue to operate the locking control.
WARNING
The ground control lever (trolley type) must never be positioned in an area where
water can stagnate.
WARNING
For the version with the ground control lever with the application of the optional
radio kit, the commands are sent to the machine via the radio transmitter. To
guarantee maximum battery life, the transmitter is only activated for the dura-
tion of the control impulse (the green LED on the radio-control box lights up). If
the transmitter batteries are run down (the yellow LED on the radio update kit
box lights up) the control unit can be connected to the machine using the original
cable. If the yellow LED lights up, it is advisable to recharge the batteries with the
battery charger connected to the 230V mains, single-phase, 50/60 Hz.
WHEEL LOCKING OPERATION
The machine has a high pressure hydraulic
circuit for the movements.
The pressure in this circuit can be adjusted by
turning the handle (A, Fig. 16) as explained
in the table.
Pressure adjustment range
from 50 to 180 bar
Normal operating pressure
180 bar
The pressure at which the machine is set can be checked on the pressure gauge (C, Fig. 11)
by operating the turntable open control to its end of stroke or by locking a rim.
NOTE.
When working with light alloy rims, it is recommended to use the specific rings supplied
upon request (Fig. 17) in order to prevent scratching or scuffing the rim.
