Monitor 3000 Limited Warranty
The Monitor 3000 is warranted against defects in material
and workmanship under normal use and conditions for a
period of six (6) months from date of purchase. The Monitor
3000 is also warranted for an extended six (6) month period
for a total of one (1) year from date of purchase against
defects in materials and workmanship in the main circuit
board. The Monitor 3000 must be purchased new from
Security Products, Inc. or an authorized dealer.
Warranty does not cover shipping or transportation costs. Nor
does it cover products that have been subjected to misuse,
negligence, abuse, or accidental damage. Nor does it cover
products damaged due to improper installation or failure to
follow operating instructions provided with the product. Nor
does it cover products that have been repaired or altered by
anyone other than Security Products, Inc. or its authorized
representatives.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the
original purchaser. Under no circumstances shall Security
Products, Inc. be liable for any loss or damages, direct or
indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, arising out
of, or in connection with, the use of this product. Except
as provided herein, Security Products, Inc. makes no
warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties
or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Some states do not permit limitation(s) or exclusion(s) or
implied warranties. Therefore, the aforesaid limitation(s) or
exclusion(s) may not apply to the purchaser. The warranty
gives you specific legal rights and you may also have rights
that vary from state to state.
