4.3.4 Calibration of the Speed Sensor
The calibration screen for the speed sensor is called by using the
key in the Machine data 1 screen.
Caution: The calibration must be carried out very precisely. This influences the speed, the
area measurement and the monitoring or control of the output quantity.
What to do:
1. Measure a 100m line on the field and mark it.
2. Drive the tractor with the machine empty to the marked line and set the machine in the operating position.
3. Press the
key in order to start the calibration process.

4. The key vanishes. The

5. Drive down the 100m line and stop at the end. While doing so, the number of pulses calculated are displayed.
6. Press the
key at the end in order to confirm the calculated pulses.
The new value is displayed in the Machine Data screen 1. If the
key is pressed instead of
, the
calibration process is interrupted. The old value is retained.
