Packing of the disassembled Monowalker
If you want to carry your Monowalker by bus, train, car or airplane you may disassemble partially the
trailer to size down the package volume. To prevent damadge during transport we recommend:
-take off the cross tubes from the main frame to prevent beding of the crosstubes.
- disassemble the discbrake rotor from the wheel to prevent bending of the the disc rotor
- packing of all metal parts to prevent scratching
- remaining of stainless steel bar holder and luggage plate at mainframe.
- taking off quick-release axle and axle ends from hub to prevent scratching at mainframe when wheel is
fixed on mainframe
We will offer a packbag for your Monowalker Fatmate ( an optional accessory ) that you can use as well
as tent underlay, picnic blanket or raincover if you already own a not waterproof kitbag. It is made of
waterproof fabric.
