This function limits the value range of the input signal. The limit is defined by setting the upper and lower limit
parameters.

The <UpperLimit> (0x6520) must be greater than the <LowerLimit> (0x6521).
If <LowerLimit> (0x6521) will be set greater than the <UpperLimit> (0x6520), the
<UpperLimit> (0x6520) will be set to the value of the <LowerLimit> (0x6521).
