Only if a 16 bit parameter with the <VelSetpointParameter> (0x5520) is mapped, a scaling of 16 bit input
value is available.

6.2.6.4.1 Object 0x5523: Minimum reference
This parameter together with the parameter <VelMinimumInterface> (0x5525) results in the first point of the
linear scaling function.
6.2.6.4.2 Object 0x5524: Maximum reference
This parameter together with the parameter <VelMaximumInterface> (0x5526) results in the second point of
the linear scaling function.
