The following symptoms may indicate that your scooter has a serious problem. Contact your
local retailer if any one of the following cases occurs:
1. Engine noise;
2. Worn cables and connections;
3. Bent or broken connectors;
4. Uneven wear on any one of the tyres;
5. Sudden movements;
6. The scooter pulls more on one side;
7. Bent or broken wheel units;
8. The scooter does not switch on;
9. The scooter switches on, but does not move.

The battery needs charging or there is a battery
connection fault Check the battery connections If the
connections are correct, try charging the battery.

Engine
disconnected
There is an engine connection fault. Check all the
connections between the engine and the controller.

Problems on the
engine circuits
The engine has a short circuit to a battery
connection. Contact the assistance centre.
4 Flashes
Free wheel switch
problem
The free wheel lever is activated or the manual brake
disengage mechanism is enabled. Check the lever
position.
5 Flashes

Not used.
6 Flashes
Battery charger
connected
The S-Drive controller is disabled. This may occur
because the battery charger is connected or the lever
is not in the drive position.
7 Flashes
Accelerator
problem
Indicates a problem on the command lever.
Check that the lever is in the idle position before
switching on the scooter.
8 Flashes
Problem in the
controller
Indicates an error in the controller. Check that all the
connections are correct.
9 Flashes
Stopping brake
error
The stopping brake is not properly connected. Check
the brake and the engine connections. Check that the
controller connections are secure.
10 Flashes
High battery
voltage
Excessive voltage has been applied to the controller,
usually as a result of poor battery connections. Check
the battery connections.
Note:
If technical problems occur, it is recommended to check the device with a local retailer
before trying to solve the problems yourself.
