INSTALLATION
• For built-in installation: keep ventilation openings free of obstructions.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety.
• If the power cord is damaged, have it replaced by an authorized service centre or a
similarly qualified technician.
HANDLE INSTALLATION
Install the handle according to
the instructions below.
Ensure a minimum 10cm distance between the unit
and wall/objects for optimal operating performance.
Install an electrical leakage circuit
breaker if installing in a damp area is
unavoidable to prevent the risk of short
circuit and electric shocks.
Never allow children to hang by the
appliance’s door or climb on top of it as
there is a risk of injury if the appliance
topples over.
Always ensure the power cord is
disconnected from the power supply
when moving/transporting the appliance
to avoid electric shocks.
Do not operate the appliance with wet
hands to avoid the risk of electric shocks.
Never operate this appliance if the power
cord or if the power plug cannot be
inserted into the power supply socket. A
damaged power cord and power plug can
result in an electrical and fire hazard.
Hold on the power plug and detach from
the power supply instead of yanking on
the power cord to prevent an electrical or
fire hazard.
Ensure the appliance does not tip over
during moving or transporting to prevent
potential damage and injuries.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
BEFORE FIRST USE
• Remove shipping packaging and leave the appliance door ajar for proper ventilation.
• Although the appliance is cleaned before shipment, it is still recommended to wipe the
interior compartment clean before using.
• After installation, refrigeration should begin 10 minutes after initial operation.
• Leave the appliance operating on empty for at least 2 hours before storing food items.
RESTARTING
• When appliance is powered off, wait for at least 5 minutes before restarting.
• Restarting the appliance immediately after powering off may blow the fuses and activate
the circuit breaker – overloading the compressor and damaging the appliance.
DEFROSTING
• It is recommended to defrost when frost covers about 5mm inside the freezer.
• Before defrosting, empty the appliance of all contents and disconnect the power cord
from the power supply.
• The frost can be easily removed when it begins to thaw.
• Remove the drainage cap to drain excess water. After draining, wipe the interior clean
and replace he cap back to its proper position.
WARNING: Do not use bottle, hammer or knife to remove the frost to avoid
damaging the freezing loop.
WARNING: Do not use mechanical devices or other methods to accelerate the
defrosting process other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL AND ADJUSTMENT
1. The inner temperature can be adjusted through the temperature control knob.
2. The knob on shift “0” to R” is for refrigerating, the knob on shift
“F to 6” is for freezing.
3. The higher the number, the lower the temperature.
4. Normal temperature for freezing is positioned between 3 and 4.
5. Turn the knob back to its original position after quick freezing “5-6”.
Do not turn the temperature control knob clockwise from “6 ”to “0”.
