Over time, dust can accumulate on the fan grille, which can affect the appliance’s
performance. It is recommended to clean the fan at least once a month. Please follow
the steps below:
•
Turn the unit OFF and disconnect the appliance from the power supply.
•
Remove any dust build-up using a soft brush.
•
Wipe the surface of the unit with a soft damp cloth. Mild detergent can be used for any
stubborn marks.
•
We recommend using a pipe cleaner, flexible dust wand, vacuum cleaner or compressed
air to clean between the grilles and remove any dust.
•
Do not immerse the motor in water or any other liquids. Never allow water to drip into the
motor housing.
•
Do not use gasoline, paint thinner or other abrasive chemical cleaning agents to clean the
appliance.
STORAGE
If not using the unit for an extended period of time. After cleaning please:
•
Power the appliance off and disconnect from the power supply
•
Cover the appliance and store it upright in a location where it will not receive
direct sunlight.
NOTE:
Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight will discolour the finishing.

Remove any foreign objects.
Control panel not working
•
Check if water or other foreign matter covering
the control panel.
•
Touching the control panel while wearing
gloves?
•
Touching the control panel with wet fingers?
•
Wipe with soft cloth.
•
Remove gloves and touch directly with bare fingers.
•
Ensure hands are thoroughly dry before touching control
panel.
Remote control not working
•
Check whether battery is empty.
•
Check whether battery is inserted in the proper
direction.
•
Replace with new batteries.
•
Remove and reinsert batteries into their proper
directions.
Weak fan operation
•
Check whether dust has accumulated on the air
outlets.
•
Clean the air outlet with a vacuum cleaner & use a soft
cloth to wipe away excess dust.
